If no insurance is supplied, vehicle must be trailered off the lot.
Any succesful bidder/buyer of a vehicle must bring proof of insurance on pickup day in order to drive the vehicle off location. The pickup location for items will be contained on the paid invoice of successful bidders/buyers location in the (Forest Lake) Alger, MI area. The credit card used to register will automatically be charged the full amount of any won items after 48 hours of the auction if payment has not been made. Items can be paid for on the scheduled pickup date. Cash, MI Check or Credit Card is accepted. Sales tax will not be collected as this is a one owner onsite auction.
All successful bidders will be charged a 10% internet premium if paying with cash or check. All successful bidders will be charged a 13% internet premium if paying with credit card. All bidders must be at least 18 years or older to bid on most items and 21 to Purchase Handguns (You must possess a purchase permit or MI CPL to purchase a handgun).
